Twin Cities Voices, where we celebrate the locals that make our city so charming
Jerry Kosak was lucky - he knew right away what his calling was. It wasn't until after college that he picked up a guitar for the first time, but once he did there was no turning back. Kosak has been playing music for himself since the 1990s, what he calls "solo finger-style guitar". Based in the Twin Cities he plays shows all around the metro area. In this interview Kosak describes his style of music, the amazing story of how he found his steel guitar, and why it's important to make music for yourself first.
